Shipping Terms (Digital Content)
1. General

We supply exclusively digital content (digital twins) and no physical goods.

There is no shipment by post or parcel service.
2. Method of Delivery

Delivery is provided by e-mail in the form of a download link sent to the e-mail address specified during the ordering process.

A successful order is required and—where applicable—confirmed receipt of payment.
3. Delivery Time / Shipping Duration

Delivery (sending the download link by e-mail) takes place within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the provider’s registered office.

If a different delivery time is stated in the respective product offer, the delivery time specified there shall apply.
4. Shipping Costs

No shipping costs apply for digital content.

Any costs for internet access or data transfer are borne by the customer.
5. Delivery and Customer Cooperation Obligations

The customer must ensure that the provided e-mail address is correct and capable of receiving e-mails.

The customer must check spam/junk folders if necessary and ensure that our e-mails are not blocked by filters.

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect e-mail address, full inbox, spam filter), the entitlement to delivery remains valid; we will provide the delivery again after making contact.
6. Technical Notes

Certain system requirements may apply for downloading and using the content; these are specified in the product description.

The download link may be time-limited. It is recommended to back up the provided files after receipt.
